1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

5. SHARING AND USE OF ACCOUNT

• We allow sharing of an Account with family members or other individuals at your risk; however you remain liable for any bets placed.
• You must not share an account with anyone who has been prohibited from using our services under these Terms and Conditions, Section 2 (Age Restriction) above.

6. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

• Bonus offers ("Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and conditions that may apply in addition to these Terms.
• We reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or change a Bonuses offer without prior notice to you.

7. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

   To convert bonus funds into cashable winnings (withdrawal), wagering requirements must be met as specified by each individual promotion. Wagering Requirements apply only to "Bonus Money" and not standard deposited monies.

8. PAYMENT AND FUND TRANSFERS

• We reserve the right at any time to change payment methods or providers.
• Withdrawals are made in accordance with our withdrawal policy, which may vary depending on your jurisdiction

9. CHARGEBACKS AND DEBIT/REFUND ISSUES

   We reserve all rights to investigate and correct charges from customers' accounts due to chargeback or unauthorized transactions.

11. ACCOUNT LIMITATION AND SELF EXCLUSION

    Please refer to Section 10 (Responsible Gambling) of these terms and conditions regarding deposit limits, loss limitations, session time reminders, short term self-exclusion or long-term/Permanent Self-Exclusion.

12. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

• Our aggregate liability arising from a contract between you and us will be limited to (i) the amount that would have been paid out under your account at the time of the event giving rise to liability or, if greater than this, an amount up to one year's maximum winnings available in your jurisdiction.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law (including all applicable laws).

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

• We may update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice to you.
• Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting.

17. ENFORCEABILITY OF PROVISIONS

    Each of the provisions contained in this Agreement is distinct and severable from the others, so if one provision should be held invalid by a Court (but not as to its effect on any other term), such provision shall have no effect but all remaining terms will remain enforceable.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The Service, including all graphics, logos, designs and source codes are the intellectual property of WS Casino (as applicable) or licensed from third parties.
• All rights in the same are reserved by us.
